CPG Graphic Designer
We’re LC Marketing — a small team that works with some of the biggest names in retail. We handle everything from branding to packaging to sales tools — and we’re looking for a designer who can jump in and get stuff done.
What we need:
You’re a designer with sharp instincts, direction, and a solid portfolio. You know how to take an idea and turn it into packaging, a brand, or a sales deck that actually sells. You can flex between clean and polished or bold and weird depending on the brief — and you’re not afraid of a deadline.
Big Wins:
5+ years of real-world design experience
Strong packaging and branding chops
Ability to design clear, compelling sales materials
Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable using AI as a tool and evolving
Can collaborate quickly and openly with a fast-moving team
Based in San Diego or willing to be in-office most of the week
Ideally:
Shoot or direct basic product photos or reels
Create text-to-video or simple motion graphics
Design basic website via Squarepace or other user friendly platform
Design creative emails
Design trade show booths and collateral
Support social content with branded visuals
